returns policy and T+C's
The team at Tydal Candle Co. believe customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and we want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. We therefore recommend you choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind. If the product/s are faulty or are not the right size which you had specified, we will happily exchange or offer you a refund within 20 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items should be returned to our business location in original condition with all tags attached. Note gift cards are non-returnable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please notify us via email@example.com to let us know you plan to return an item, along with the postal tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged. A trackable shipping service is preferred to ensure we receive your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please remember that to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in it’s original condition with all tags attached and returned within 20 days of purchase. Thank you!

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address above.
If you have received an item in error, please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve this for you immediately.
